Yolanda Williams was born June 25, 1978 in Columbus, MS. She is 3 of four siblings and aunt to 9 nieces and nephews. She graduated from Columbus High School in 1996 then went into the Army. She served 3 years, 5 moths, and 21 days an 88M before she was medically discharged. While serving her country she obtained an Army Commendation Medal.
She graduated from Georgia State Perimeter College with an Associates Degree in Business Administration.
As a child Yolanda had an imagination and wrote them out as plays and poems. Writing was never a passion until later on as an adult, while walking around the house that a story came to her. She sat down and began writing. Bounded by Love was created and the rest is history. Her passion to bring a story to life has returned and she is well underway to bringing the characters to life by way of a novel.
She dipped her hands into entrepreneurship starting her business, Diva Yolan, LLC where she caters to empowering women with custom T-shirts.
Yolanda currently lives in Atlanta, GA where she continues her civil service as a contact representative for a government agency.
